Faith is also an important part of Thomas’s life. He is active at Calvary Baptist Church and values the responsibility to serve others with honesty, preparation, and humility.

Thomas played for the Jacksonville University men’s golf team and remains an active amateur golfer. Golf’s demand for discipline, strategy, and composure continues to influence how he prepares and competes—on the course and in the courtroom.

Thomas previously served as a commissioner for the Town of Belleair. That experience strengthened his appreciation for local government, civic responsibility, and the practical concerns that affect families and businesses throughout the community.
